A landmark of Denver’s historic Baker Neighborhood, at the corner of 3rd & Broadway, Baker Tower is one of the most prominent affordable apartment communities in the region. We spearheaded an update of all of the apartment amenities, public spaces and curtain wall systems to appeal to Denver’s artistic community.
